Door County is a year-round destination.  From late April through early November, we are BUSY.  And then we are busy during the holiday season.  If we have snow (we did not this winter of 2024, but now that it's spring...we have snow in the forecast) we are even quite busy in January, February and March with cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice sailing, ice skating...Door County is know for the arts, for silent sports, for all things water-related, for great food and fantastic beverages (from wine bars to breweries to old-fashioned shakes and malts) and SO much more.
